Yin Yoga is not like a usual yoga class.

It works with the connective tissue in your body, called Fasia, to open up a deeper sense of space.

We use big supportive cussions called Bolsters, blankets, foam blocks and anything else we want.

We want our muscles to relax.

This is a great practice for the mind and the body alike.

Some people find it hard to “switch off”

A regular practice grounding our bodies and minds in this way can help us to feel calmer and more centred.

Both on and off the mat.

the Sounds of the tibetan bowls add another dynamic.

They cultivate a sence of magic and transport you into a different sensory relm.

I work with the bowls as a supportive ellement to the postures themselves.

Each posture is accompanied by selected bowls I intuitively play to cultivate the experience of the spesific position.

I draw on knowledge of Yoga, the Chakra System and Chinese Medicine.

I connect with the more subtle energies present in each session to guide the process in a way cultivated for the individuals present.
