Upon signing up to any service or event the following policies and terms apply.

Booking Information:

In booking any event or 121 session, in person or online, please be aware that the booking is non-transferable and non-refundable.

In booking any event or 121 session you have taken the time to understand what it is you are signing up for and any implications or considerations that are personally relevant to your body or current circumstances.

For 121 sessions you can change the date and time with 48 hours notice.

No-shows forfeit the session or event.

If you are to arrive late to a session or event this must be communicated in a timely manner so that arrangements can be made. If this is not honoured your session may be forfeit.

Payment Policy:

Payment of full amount or arranged deposit must be paid to confirm your booking.

Payment plans on certain services may be available on request.

Cancellation Policy:

If you, the client, decide to cancel your space on any session or event it shall not be refunded or transfered.

Within the 3 or 6 Month Mentorships you are expected to honour the full commitment and will not be refunded if you cancel before this term is up. The true benefits of this work are in the longevity, sustainability, and commitment.

Anna has the right to cancel a contract or session or event due to disrespectful, violent or unsafe behaviour.

Behaviour in person or Online:

Please be aware that you are responsible for yourself and your own conduct within any event space, 121 session, in person or Online. These are deep, transformative spaces in which traumas, wounds and difficult feelings might be present, Anna is not here to rescue you and will not tolerate disrespectful behaviour. She will offer you 1 verbal warning and then ask you to leave or cancel the session if the behaviour continues. This applies to how you relate with Anna, others in the group and yourself.

Medical Concerns:

Please get in touch prior to your session with any dietary requirements or medical information you wish to declare.

Please note that Anna can not and will not diagnose any ailments, if you have any concerns prior to your session please contact your GP or other relevant health professional.

Unexpected Circumstances:

Anna is not liable under circumstances of natural disaster, war, pandemic, failure by the venue or any other situation outside of Anna's control.

In the event an in person gathering can no longer go ahead Anna will do her best to sort alternative arrangements depending on the scale of the situation.

Refunds will not be available however transfers of fees to other services may be available on a case by case basis.
