Making space for deeper connection with self and others, deeper clarity, deeper capacity and a deeper sence of personal autonomy.

The process of this mentorship is structured to offer the oportunity for us to return to the true pace of our bodies.

We can often underestimate just how slow this is.

Our internal experience has taken our entire lives to structure and organise itself up to this point, and continues to do so as new experience is gained.

It is unlikely to unravell before us, on demand.

This is why we work within a 6 month mimimum container.

I do not offer these sessions on an individual, rolling basis as this would be a diservice to the true medicine that they offer.

 Whats Included

I know very well the preferance for In - Person sessions.

For a long time I did not belive the same thing could be achieved online.

I now have much personal experience that shows the value of conducting these sessions online.

First and formost the level of responsibility required from you,

to provide yourself space with in your own home.

This will be a nesessity for this work.

I will not provide you a special “safe space” separate from your daily life.

This work is FOR your daily life.

It needs to be inseperable from it.

My mentorships operate online to facilitate this.

The programme is not a “safe space”

It will not help take you out of your life.

It will help you return to full ownership, responsibility and enjoyment of it.

The Process

Nervous System Recourcing

Building our capacity to meet our experiences with out freezing, fawning, fighting or flying off is a whole process in itself and starts with discovering where in your life you feel a sence of ease. We will look at your daily habbits, eating, sleeping, socialising, working to build in ways you can suport yourself to feel present and calm as you move through your normal life. We will build in cycle syncing if this is relevent to you and look at your usual nervous system responces to daily life.

Embodiment Gateways

Connection with our Body is crucial in being present with our experineces. With in our sessions I will begin to introduce to you the access points that help bring your attention into your bodies physical experience. As you grow your capacity to drop into these gateways you can use them in your daily life to ground you if an experience activates a strong emotional or nervous system responce. We can also use these gateways to become more aware of what will support our body in daily life - simple things such as going to the loo when you need it rather than putting it off, eating what you want when you are hungry etc.

Somatic Experiencing

As we deepen into connection with our body we can begin to explore the physical componant of our emotions. While it is common to interlectualise and analyse our emotional experience, this serves to separate us from the feelings themselves. In the moment, this seems easier to deal with but results in the emotional process remaining incomplete and therefore repeating or leaving us in cycles of rumination. When we can stay present and grounded and begin to allow the emotional process to express, in a physical way, we can interupt this pattern of rumination and close the cycle.

Embodied movement & expression

Emotions are not static experiences, they often move and shift quickly, make us feel like crying, shouting, throwing our weight around, dancing. Embodied movement & expression is the process of allowing the feelings to direct the movement, sounds, shapes we make. It may feel quite strange and uncomfortable at first, but by using movement and expression we can invite a deeper understanding of what we’re experiencing, getting underneath the concious brain that filters out information that may be useful.

Shaddow Self & Parts Work

Becoming more aware of our subconscious is the next layer of this work. When we recognise that there are parts of our experience, parts of ourselves and memories, that we don’t have conscious awareness of, then we can begin to see how these subconscious aspects greatly influence how we percieve and interact with our world in the present. I will guide you through practices that help connect you to ellements of your subconscious and in doing so you will build a greater sence of true belonging, compassion and self awareness. In deepening our connection with ourselves we are able to deepen our connection with those around us.
